Project Methodology

The Project Development Methodology is a structured approach for developing projects, designed to provide all members involved in the project development process with a standardized set of activities, milestones, templates, and expectations for required activities. The methodology aims to introduce standards and disciplines that will assist in developing and delivering projects of high quality and to ensure that it's worthiness is addressed throughout the development process.
